Ribalta Overview
Ribalta is available for Windows, Mac, Android & iOS.
All events have a dedicated shared photo gallery. Displaying a media wall is optional. If you are displaying a media wall at your event, you must use the Ribalta desktop version to connect to your display screens. With Ribalta, you have the option to screen all your guest content before it is added to the shared photo gallery or displayed on a media wall. This is the default option in Ribalta.
The Ribalta app will notify you when you received a new guest photo. You can approve or reject the photo in the Ribalta app. You also have the option to turn on “auto approve” in the settings. When “auto approve” is on, all content will automatically be viewable in the event gallery and media wall.
Ribalta is cloud-based so you can use 1 or multiple different devices simultaneously to control your event. Any device logged into your account will have the ability to control your event.
Example: You can use the Ribalta desktop app to connect to screens at your venue to display a media wall. Then you can use the Ribalta Mobile app to screen and approve guest content for your event.
Example 2: If you have more than one host to your event. (Let say three hosts) If you want all three to help with the approval process. Have all three host login to your Ribalta account. All three will get the notification when you receive a new guest photo. Whoever handles the approval first, wins. Our cloud-based system will show the other two hosts that the photo has already been approved.
Example 3: If your event is in multiple rooms, or multiple locations. You can use one computer to connect to screens at one location and a second computer to connect to screens in a second location. As long as both computers are connected to the same account, they will all display the same media wall content. Ribalta works the same way even if you add more locations 3, 4, 5 etc.. that’s the beauty about being cloud synced.
