JammText 1.3 is out! New email to screen and QR code feature

We are pleased to release version 1.3 of JammText. Aside from bug fixes and optimizations, this version includes:
Email to screen
We are excited to announce that we have added a new email to screen function in JammText 1.3. Your audience will now have the option of emailing a picture or message to the screen.
Scan to screen
With the new email to screen feature we have also added an auto generated QR code. This QR code is randomly displayed on your screen instructing the audience to scan code to post pictures or messages to this screen. When the QR code is scanned it automatically opens the audience members email app with a composed email addressed to post on the JammText screen.
64 bit and Mojave Support
JammText is now 64 bit for Mac which improves its performance. Also, JammText is supported for the new macOS Mojave
Instagram discontinued
Facebook has decided to make changes to their Instagram platform. These changes went into effect on December 11, 2018. Instagram will no longer allow third-party apps to search for pictures via a hashtag. JammText is one of the third-party apps that has been negatively effected by this decision. Mixcity Inc. has no choice but to discontinue the use of Instagram in JammText. This decision only affects the use of Instagram in JammText. Every other part of JammText will continue to work as it always has. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you or any of our customer base. We encourage you to continue using JammText text-to-screen and the addition of email-to-screen to engage and interact with your audience!
Because of the many different changes in this version including new features and stability improvements, we highly recommend all of our JammText users to upgrade now!
